LSS Green Belt
LSS Green Belt is one of the most sought after certifications in today’s marketplace. According to the 2014 ASQ Salary Survey, U.S. Green Belts make over $8000 more than their untrained counterparts. Here are the basics on our program:
| Who Should Attend | Individuals from all levels or functional areas who will serve as leaders or members of a process improvement effort. Participants will be capable of leading their own LSS project alone or with a team. In addition they may serve as high-powered team members on projects led by a LSS Black Belt. |

| Certification | Certification involves completion of the course, passing an exam, and completion of one Green Belt project. |
| Software | Students will use their own laptops in class. Tuition includes a copy of the SigmaXL analytic software used in class. |

LSS Black Belt
LSS Black Belt training goes broader and deeper into the LSS Body of Knowledge than Green Belt. LSS Black Belts can lead larger, more complex projects and also mentor Green Belts.
| Who Should Attend | Individuals from all levels or functional areas who will serve as leaders of a complex process improvement effort. Participants will be capable of leading teams through a complex LSS project. In addition they may serve as coaches and mentors to Green Belts in their organization. |
| Training Overview | As in Green Belt, this is a dynamic, entertaining, and interactive program that’s compliant with the standards established by the originators. Prior LSS experience or Green Belt training is required, and students will learn everything they need to successfully complete a Black Belt level project:

| Certification | Certification involves completion of the course, passing an exam, and completion of one Black Belt project. |
| Software | Students will use their own laptops in class and will bring their own copy of Minitab statistical software. A free trial of DiscoverSim software will be provided to support the Monte Carlo Analysis. |
